Fees

K-Couture will ship up to three dresses at one time for you to examine our quality and workmanship. There is a $25 fee for the first dress and an additional $15 fee for each additional dress. All test-a-dress fees are non-refundable. 

Shipping 

We will provide free shipping for the dress(es) you wish to test and include a pre-paid FedEx return label for you to ship the dress(es) back free of charge. All dress(es) must be returned within 15 days of the original ship date. Any dresses not returned within 15 days will result in your credit card being charged the full price of each dress.

Handling

Dresses received are for the sole purpose of testing quality and workmanship. Dresses are not to be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Upon return, each dress must arrive clean, free of lint and hair, and have all original tags intact. Customers returning any dress(es) that don’t meet this policy will be charged the full price of each dress. 

Characteristics

The dress(es) you receive for testing is not to be used for sizing purposes.We will do our best to find a similar style to assist you in choosing a dress for your special occasion or event, however, we cannot guarantee an exact match in terms of color, neckline, sleeve, size, or named styles as our dresses are made to order.
