Returns and Exchanges

Dresses - All of our styles are made to order, which means that your item(s) are manufactured once the order is placed.  Based on your measurements, we ask that you choose a size that will best fit you.  Feel free to call or email us your measurements and questions so we can make sure the best size is chosen.  Since each dress is made upon request, we are unable to accept returns on our dresses. However, we will accept exchanges for size. All returns and exchanges must be done within 15 days and MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.  Garments must have the tags intact and attached.  Items that are not in this condition cannot be exchanged.  A 30% Restock fee will apply to all returns and exchanges.  Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to K Couture and responsible for shipping on the exchange order.  Please note the 6-8 week manufacture time will apply to the exchange order.

Custom garments are dresses or gowns that by request of the customer, a design change has been made to the original pattern featured on our website. These garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Menswear - Coats, pants & shirts have a 15 day return and exchange policy. Items must be returned within 15 days and MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.  Garments must have the tags intact and attached.  Items that are not in this condition cannot be exchanged.   A 30% Restock fee will apply to all returns and exchanges.  The customer will be responsible for shipping the return items back to K Couture.  If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for shipping on the exchange order.
